If you have enabled two-factor authentication, then when you try to sign in through your mobile application, you will need to enter the application password.


The application password is an additional security factor. If for any reason you have lost access to your phone with authorization enabled in the mobile application, you can use the web interface to reset the session running on this mobile device and set a new password.


Setting the application password

The password for the application is set in the employee's personal card, in the "Managing sessions" section.


1. Click the button Add device;

2. In the opened window enter Device name and press the Generate button;

3. Click the Save button.


After adding a new device and generating an application password, use it when you log on to the mobile device.


If you believe that a session on your mobile device is compromised, select the session you want and delete it. The selected active session on the mobile device will be immediately terminated.
