We apologize for any inaccuracies and errors.

If the option "Two-Factor Authentication" is enabled to enter the account, you need to enter a one-time password generated by the mobile application.

If you do not have a mobile phone at hand, you can log in to your account using previously saved backup passwords.

To get the backup codes you need to go to your user page, and in the editing mode select the tab Account Security:

Backup codes can be saved to a file or printed.

If you doubt the reliability of the codes or they end - you can generate new ones.

What if I do not have a phone and I did not keep the backup passwords?
