A task process describes the life cycle of a task—its path from creation to completion. You can create new task processes or edit existing ones in Account management / Task processes:

A process includes a status set, scripts, and buttons:

A process is selected in each task template:

The tasks created with this template use the status set defined in the process, and the scripts and buttons added to this process are applied.
