You can contact the Planfix Support Service directly from the mobile application. Open the More menu and select Submit a support request:


Enter your question in the Name field and describe its essence in detail in the Description field. If necessary, attach files demonstrating the issue, and click Create:

Important

  • We recommend using the DU Recorder application to record screencasts on a mobile device with an Android operating system.
  • The task description automatically includes technical data about the device from which the request was sent.
  • A task created via the mobile application is processed according to the standard procedure for requests to the Planfix Support Service. In particular, you can see it in the Planfix user interface as a regular task. You can also add comments, track changes to the request status and etc.
