Installing the CRM: Customer Request Management Solution

To install the CRM: Customer Request Management configuration, go to the configuration page and click on the Install configuration button.

Once the installation is complete, switch to the CRM: Customer Request Management workspace to access the dedicated interface for Customer Request Management:

You can return to the basic workspace in the same way.
