Installing the CRM: Customer Request Management Solution

To install the CRM: Customer Request Management configuration, go to the configuration page and click on the Install configuration button.

Once the installation is complete, switch to the Customer Request Management workspace to access the dedicated interface for Customer Request Management:

You can return to the basic workspace in the same way.
