To install the Project Management configuration, go to the configuration page and click on the Install configuration button: ZQxnGK.png


Once the installation is complete, switch to the Customer Service workspace to access the dedicated interface for Customer Service: CYm2Ip.png


You can return to the basic workspace in the same way.
