When you create a new action, "Notify", is the checkbox "Hide from others".
If you activate it, the rest of the tasks will not see this action. This functionality can be used, in particular, for the hidden correspondence of the task to which the client is connected.
How to use this functionality
- distinguish those who need to see it in action (review). They are a light background and a green envelope in the upper right corner
- activate the checkbox "Hide from others". They are marked by a gray background and a padlock.
- if necessary, you can click on any user and thereby change the activity status from visible to invisible and back
Important:
Administrator account in any case, sees all the comments, even the hidden.
