Rules for groups

The administrator can set rules for creating tasks by email for the workgroup. If the rule is created for a group, it will apply to all users that will be added to the group later. Creating rules for the group is in the group card (Complany/ Workgroups / Necessary group):

This allows new employees to easily join the collective work - the administrator just adds them to the right group, the group rules will be applied to them automatically.
