When creating or editing a project card, it is possible to specify project participants by default.

When creating a new task in the project, Planfix will suggest adding users from the specified list to it as task participants. The task author can agree or edit the list of participants for the task.


When it's convenient: If you need to provide access to viewing project tasks for the same people, it's convenient to set their list at the project level: this will save time creating tasks in the future - the right people will be connected to the default task .


Important

The presence of default participants in the project does not guarantee that they will see all the tasks of the project, because when creating a task its author can exclude them from the list of performers.


Useful information

If you add the participants by default to the project, activate the checkbox below the list of participants:

then they will be added to all currently active tasks of the project. This will allow them to access existing tasks without performing additional actions.
