A task auditor is essentially a task-level administrator. They have full permissions within a task, including:

  • changing task dates;
  • editing any task parameters;
  • deleting the task.

Like the project auditor, the task auditor is usually a manager of the organization or of a division. The task auditor can also appoint an employee of the client's company with Planfix access as an external user.

Auditors can see all task actions (excluding hidden comments). Auditors can add new actions to tasks.

Task auditors are set when editing task cards. A task can have several auditors.
