By default, access to the created [[Task templates | template ]] is by its author only. To give access to other users, you must open the tab '''Access rights'''. It displays current access rights to that template for different categories of users:

As needed, templates can be hidden from the list by clicking the light bulb:

Configuring a template's visibility is done on an individual level for each account; each user's settings only apply to their own account.


There is also the possibility to change access. Access rights can change the template author and his supervisors, and the administrator account.
