In Planfix, there are four main user roles:
- User - has access to tasks and projects in which participates. Does not have the right settings most of the entities of Planfix ( guides, intelligence, reports, etc.), but can customize the interface of Planfix according to your preferences. The majority of employees and all external contacts with access to Planfix usually get this role.
- Administrator - Has access to all tasks and projects of Planfix. Can produce all of the settings in the account. Has the right to add users to the account. The only limitation: you cannot edit the account of the account owner.
- Technical administrator - Can produce most of the settings in the account but not have access to and can not add users to the account. This role is available only in the package "'Corporation"' and similar packages. Technical administrator gets access to the Management account and can set there all the same as Administrator, except:

- removal of references and analyst;
- delete configurations (set configuration).
- The owner of the account - Has all administrator rights. Has access to subscription management and payment service. May assign its rights to another user of the system.
Also, depending on the settings of your account, Planfix may be additional roles:
- Head is configured in company Structure; has access to the tasks of subordinate employees and departments.
