Authorizing Telegram in Planfix

In order to receive notifications from Planfix in Telegram, use the Planfix bot for Telegram, or use your own Telegram bots, you will need to authorize your Telegram account. You only need to authorize it once, and this lets you link your Planfix account to your Telegram account.

To authorize:

• Install Telegram for desktop.
• Go to your user card in Planfix and click Subscribe in the Telegram window:

• After confirming, a startup window for the Planfix Telegram bot will appear, where you need to click Start:

  <screenshot 2>   If you have completed the steps successfully, the following message will appear:   <screenshot 3>     This means that authorization is complete and you can use all the features of the Planfix and Telegram integration.  

Important

If authorization didn't complete, make sure Telegram isn't blocked in your country and that it's working on your device.
