Status sets are an important component of task processes. They define which statuses a task can have, or which statuses an object created based on a task during its lifecycle can have. They also determine the rules for transitioning between statuses and other related settings.
A status set can be created or edited in the corresponding process tab:
Clicking the name of a set opens an interface for editing it:
where you can add, edit, or delete statuses, as well as set rules for switching between them.
