Connecting a Telegram business account in Planfix with the Planfix Business Bot.
Features
- Communicate with customers. Connect your Telegram business account to Planfix to be closer to your customers. They send you a direct message, and you reply directly to Planfix.
- Flexible chat management. Pass chat management to an assistant who can reply to messages directly from Planfix.
Connection
Connect your Telegram Business account
- Go to: Account management — Integrations — Messengers — Telegram — Telegram for Business.
- Add your business account:
- Open the desktop version of Telegram and start the Planfix Business Bot:
- Copy the bot link from the settings:
- Open your business account in Telegram and go to "Telegram Business" — "Chatbots":
- Add the link copied from the Planfix Business Bot:
- Specify the chats available to the bot.
Configuring the integration in Planfix
After you have connected the Telegram Business account in Planfix, set the integration parameters:

- The object for creating new tasks from received messages
- The template for creating new contacts
- Additional assignees
Additional options
- Create a new task if there are no active tasks with this contact — new messages will not be added to already completed tasks.

Nuances
- Additional integration options are set simultaneously for:
- Planfix Business Bot
- Custom bot
- If you change the message processing logic in one integration, it will also be changed in the other.
- Sometimes messages from Planfix may not be sent to the Telegram Business Bot. Possible reasons::
- The bot can only reply on your behalf in chats with activity within the last 24 hours.
- The Business Bot is stopped in the chat with the customer. You can recognize this by the "Start" button — start the bot to resume sending messages:
