The mobile app allows you to work with multiple Planfix accounts and quickly switch between them.
Logging out of an account
Open the More menu and click on the Logout icon:
Adding a new account
- Log out of the primary account and click on the Use another account button.
- Enter the address of the Planfix account you want to add.
- Click on Next.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click on Log in.
After entering the details, the app will automatically open the account you have just added. Note: Added accounts are displayed in the quick switch list when you log out of an account.
Switching accounts
Open the More menu and click the Users icon to switch to another account.
- Click on the desired account, and the app will open it automatically.
Remove an account
To remove an account from the quick access list:
- Sign out of the account.
- On the login screen, swipe left over the account name to remove it from the quick access list.
