When a new client calls who is not on your [[Contacts |contact]] list, Planfix will automatically create a new contact card for him and save the phone number from which the call came.

Planfix can create a new contact for a client who calls for the first time if the integration with telephony is active.

When a new client calls who is not on your contact list, Planfix will automatically create a new contact card for him and save the phone number from which the call came.

You can select the template for creating the contact in the integration settings:
