Installing the Customer Service Solution: Difference between revisions

To install the Customer Service solution, go to the configuration page and click on the Install solution button:

Once the installation is complete, switch to the Customer Service workspace to access the dedicated interface for Customer Service:

You can return to the basic workspace in the same way.
