Access to task templates

By default, only the creator of a task template has access to it. In order for other users to be able to create tasks using this template, they must be given access to it. To do this, open the "Permissions" tab in the template. In this tab, the current permissions for this template are displayed for different user categories:

This is also where you can change access. A template's creator can change who has access to it, as well as the creator's manager and the account administrator.
