Synchronization is a mode in which changing conditions in one list in the current planner results in analogous changes to conditions in other lists. For example, let's say you change the day on a calendar list. When synchronizing, other calendar lists in the current planner will automatically switch to that day, too.

  • Synchronizing mode can be enabled in the drop-down menu of the planner you're in:

If there is a list you don't need to synchronize, you can disable synchronization specifically for this list:
