Fields of this type store information about a group of employees, a specific employee, or a contact. You can create a Group, Employee, or Contact field as a custom field, a directory field, or ad a data tag field.

Parameters for fields of this type in directories:

  • Mandatory field — prevents saving the directory entry until this field has a value.
  • Show in entry list — allows selecting additional directory fields for display.

A contact will be displayed in this field if the box "Display in task participant selection list" is checked in their profile.

Parameters for fields of this type in data tags:

  • Wrap the heading— allows long headers to be wrapped onto a new line.

The setting Show in list for choosing task participants controls the contact display in this field.
