Configuring outgoing mail

Planаix allows you to customize the appearance and method of sending notifications from the system by email. At the moment the following features are available:

• Sending messages from external mailbox
• Templates of notification messages to contacts without access to Planfix
• Automatic signature in notifications

• Use unique reply addresses for each message
• Sending files as attachments
• Add plain-text version to emails
• Conversation history in emails for contacts without Planfix access
• Showing recipients' email addresses in messages
• Add a pixel to track email opens
• Task template for sending messages to a contact's email
