Important

This help article is outdated. Currently, processes are configured within the Object. We recommend using the Objects help documentation to set up business processes in your account.

The following information is retained solely to support backward compatibility for processes set up in older Planfix accounts.

This is a helpful article about Task Processes. You can also refer to a separate article on Contact processes.

A task process describes the life cycle of a taskβ€”its path from creation to completion. You can create new task processes or edit existing ones in Account management / Task processes:

A process includes a status set, scripts, and buttons:

A process is selected in each task template:

The tasks created with this template use the status set defined in the process and the scripts and buttons added to this process are applied.

Limitations

Processes are available with all plans, including the free plan. The number of processes that can be added to an account depends on the account's plan.
