In the interface

  • Esc - close the current far-right panel

When working with a task

  • ALT+T — create a new task
  • ALT+R — add a new comment
  • Ctrl+Enter:
    • when writing a comment, saves comment text and closes the interface for adding an action
    • when creating or editing a task, saves and closes the task window
    • when creating or editing a data tag, saves and closes the data tag window
    • saving a Comment in the Built-in Timer
    • saving a reminder
  • Ctrl+K - insert a link into the text

When working with checklists

  • Enter - save changes to row
  • Esc - cancel editing/creating row
  • Tab - move row one level down
  • Shift+Tab - move row one level up

When viewing documents

  • + (plus) - zoom in
  • - (minus) - zoom out

When creating or editing task/comment text

  • Ctrl+C - copy highlighted text
  • Ctrl+V - paste copied text
  • Ctrl+X - cut highlighted text
  • Ctrl+A - highlight all text
  • Ctrl+Z - undo the last action
  • Ctrl+B - bold text or remove bold
  • Ctrl+I - italicize text or remove italics
  • Ctrl+U - underline text or remove the underline
  • Ctrl+Shift+V - past copied text without formatting

When editing a contact name

  • Ctrl+Enter - save and close the contact window when quickly editing the name

Built-in timer

  • Ctrl+B — Start/stop the timer
    • If the timer is not running and a task is open, the timer starts without opening the panel
    • If the timer is running, the panel opens, and the timer stops with a prompt to save
