Access to task templates: Difference between revisions

If an employee has access to a [[Task templates | task template]] but they don't currently need to create tasks using it, they can change their settings so the template isn't displayed in the template list.
By default, only the creator of a [[Task templates | task template]] has access to it. In order for other users to be able to create tasks using this template, they must be given access to it. To do this, open the "Permissions" tab in the template. In this tab, the current permissions for this template are displayed for different user categories:


By default, new templates are automatically visible in the list of templates when creating tasks. The yellow light bulb next to the template name indicates this:

This is also where you can change access. A template's creator can change who has access to it, as well as the creator's manager and the account administrator.
