Contact processes let you specify a set of scripts and buttons for each type of contact. You can create new contact processes or edit existing ones in Account management / Contact processes:
A process can include Scripts for contacts and Buttons:
A process can be selected in each contact template:
The actions of the scripts and buttons added to a process will be applied to the contacts created using this template.
