AI credits are the billing units used to access AI-powered tools in Planfix.
- Your subscription includes a certain number of AI credits. These credits are used up when you use the AI features. When all credits are used up, Planfix will inform you that you need to purchase additional credits.
- Each account contains a limited number of free AI credits for testing purposes. You can view the current balance of free AI credits under Subscription — Resources.
- You can purchase additional AI credits via your subscription.
- Information on prices is available on the Planfix website under Pricing or directly in your account under Subscription. Prices are listed per 1,000 credits per month.
- AI credits are allocated monthly, with new credits added to your balance on the 1st of each calendar month.
- Unused purchased credits are carried over to the next month. However, free bonus credits will not be carried over.
- You can view your current AI balance under Subscription — Resources.
