Access to a custom field can be set when the field is created. It can also be set later, in the Account management / Custom fields / Task fields section.
For each field, you can set which employees, customers, or external contacts with Planfix access can see and edit the field:

Important
- There are no access settings for File fields. All users with access to a task can see all files attached to the task in any way.
- Employees with access rights to a "Directory entry" field in a task can see the value in this field, regardless of whether they have access to the directory containing the entry. However, they cannot access the entry itself.
