If you can't find a task, contact or other object that was definitely in the system, try the following:
- Use the global account search. Just enter a word from the task title or the contact's last name in the search box in the top right corner and the system will find the required object if it is still present in the system:
You can also change the search settings:
- The object may have been deleted if the global search did not produce the desired result. To check this, go to the recycle bin of the corresponding section and search for the object there.
- For example, to search for a task, go to Tasks / Recycle bin, click on the column header with the task name, and enter part of the task name to find it:
- The task found this way can be easily restored.
