Planfix allows you to configure notifications for contacts with Planfix access and contacts without access.
Notifications for contacts with access are configured at the person level, in the tab Subscriptions and Notifications in the contact card:
Notifications for contacts without access are the same across your entire account and are configured in the section Account management — Email — Notifications for external contacts:
Important
If a recipient of an email from Planfix marks the email as spam, they will stop receiving email notifications until they send another email to Planfix.
