There are two ways to edit a comment in Planfix:
- Hover your mouse over a comment and click the three horizontal dots that appear in the upper left corner of the comment. This opens a menu of actions available for the comment.
- Alternatively, hover your mouse over a comment and click the edit icon in the upper right corner.
The following users can edit comments
- the person who wrote the comment;
- administrators;
- the manager of the person who wrote the comment
- the project's client-manager, if the person who wrote the comment is an external user.
Important
- Only the person who wrote a comment can edit its actual text. The other users listed above can only edit additional information, such as data tags that are attached.
- You can only change the task status when editing a comment if no other changes have been made and this is the most recent action on the task.
