Service quality testing panel

Planfix offers users access to technical information related to their account. This includes:

• IP address
• Status of an account's data center
• Speed of access to:
  • data center
  • account data
  • files from your IP
• Cache status

Click the Help icon to open the service quality testing panel:

Should an issue arise, the information in this panel will help you determine if the issue is coming from the data center, the Internet connection, or the device.
