Saving to Sent when sending emails from an external mailbox
From Planfix
Emails sent from Planfix's external mailbox can be stored in the "Sent" folder. To do this, provide access to the mailbox using mail clients via the IMAP protocol.
Then in Planfix:
- Go to: Account Management — email — (company's/employees') external email addresses .
- Activate the option "Save emails to Sent".
- Specify the IMAP server and port:
