Customizing fields in the data tags

When a customer order is successfully processed in CRM: Customer Request Management, it's automatically stored in the Goods/Services data tag. By default, this data tag contains four fields. However, it is easy to customize the number and type of fields to suit your needs. For example, if you want to add a discount field for a product, you can do the following:

  • Open the Basic workspace:


  • Go to Account ManagementData TagsProducts/Services:


  • Select the desired Data Tag and click the Edit button:


  • Add a new field, or change or delete existing ones:
