Connecting contacts to a task
Contacts can be connected to a task in two ways:
- Automatically, if the contact has first sent a message via any communication channel you have previously connected:
- Manually, if the user himself adds a contact to the task.
- Please note that an employee and a contact with the same or similar names in the account can be confused and connected to the wrong task. That is why the contacts are highlighted in the background and can be easily distinguished when selecting them in the list:
