Administrator login as other users

Account administrators can log in to Planfix under a different user's username:

This feature is intended to let administrators view the system as other users view it and configure aspects of other accounts as they see fit. Administrators cannot change data on behalf of other users; they can only change the display settings, create planners, create filters, and perform other related actions.

Restrictions

• Only account administrators can log in as other users.
• Technical administrators do not have this ability.
• Administrators cannot log in as other administrators.
• This feature is available for all premium and paid accounts, regardless of plan.
