Adding comment from the call window

In case of an incoming call, which the PBX directs to the short internal number of the employee, they'll see a window where they can add a text comment, a file, a reminder, or a data tag, as well as add the required contact details directly while on the call:


A new comment and information about the call will be added to the contact card or selected task.
