A task name's color shows the task's status or its state. The following colors are designated for specific task states:
- Red: task overdue
- Green: task has the status Ready and is awaiting result checking by the assigner
- Gray: task is either Postponed or Canceled
- Gray+strikethrough: task is Complete
- Purple: task is a template
The remaining colors for tasks can be assigned to statuses in the Account management > Processes > Status sets section.
