You can set rules by which emails sent to a special email address will be converted into Planfix tasks. Configuration of such rules can be done in Account Management / Email:

For example, you can configure rules by which emails sent to a specific virtual email address will be turned into tasks. To do this, go to Virtual email addresses:

Select an appropriate address and create a rule:
