In lists (or filters) of [[tasks]], [[projects]], [[contacts]], etc., there is a standard way to quickly filter and sort:

Clicking a column header opens the filter window:

The quick filter will look and work differently depending on the type of information in the column. For example, if the column contains a fixed list of data, Planfix will prompt you to select a specific value to use to filter objects:

The list of columns displayed in a list is customizable. You can get to your settings by clicking the gear icon:
