Access to Planfix reports usually doesn't need to be configured. When employees see reports, they only see the data they have access to.
Nevertheless, you can restrict access to a report. You can manage report access in a separate report tab:
By default, only a report's creator can view it. Access to a report can be given to colleagues and clients in this tab when creating or editing the report.
