This type of action is used for messages, on which you do not need to create tasks. For example, you automatically create tasks based on the mailing of some service. At the same time once a week a message with news gets in the same newsletter, and you do not need a task based on it.


Rule example:

  • If Message subject includes text Service news, then do not create task
