In Planfix, basic access is defined at the task level, not the project level. By default, all employees will see all projects in a list, but when they click on a project they will only see the tasks they have access to.

If you need to hide a project entirely from a user, use the Hidden project feature.

Project auditors

Project auditors have access to all of a project's tasks. They can view, edit, and delete tasks, even if they are not an auditor or participant in them. Because of this, we don't recommend that you designate external users, such as clients, as auditors. There are other methods of setting up external users' access to a project.
