Files attached to tasks or actions are sent in notification emails as links for download:
In the settings for outgoing messages, you can also enable the sending of files up to 10 MB as attachments.
This is configured in Account management / Email / Notifications for external contacts:
Please note:
- This feature is available for platinum and premium accounts.
- It is available for files up to 10 MB.
