Receiving email notifications

Planfix allows you to set up Email notifications for new tasks and comments. They will be sent to the email address you specify when signing up.

This notification option is enabled by default since email is the most popular and customary method of digital communication. However, once you're familiar with the system, we highly recommend disabling email notifications and using Chronicle notifications.

You can configure the email notifications you receive about new tasks and comments in your user card. Go there to subscribe to any notifications you'd like to receive:
