Integration with TikTok Lead Generation allows you to automatically create tasks based on leads collected through TikTok ad forms. Each task is pre-filled with the data submitted in the form, so you can start working with the lead right away: contact them, qualify, assign a supervisor, and more.

Setup

TikTok

Integration is available for TikTok Business accounts.

• Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
• Create a new advertising campaign with the "Lead Generation" objective.
• Set up the form: add the necessary fields and text.
• Publish the campaign.

Planfix

• In Planfix, go to: Account management — Integrations — Social media — TikTok.
• Connect the integration.
• Grant access to the TikTok ad account by checking all items, then click "Confirm".
• After activation, configure the integration by specifying:
  • Template for creating new contacts.
  • Object for creating new tasks from leads.
  • Additional assignees, if needed.
  • Field mapping for populating the "Lead Form" in tasks.
  • Field mapping for populating the "Lead Form" in contacts.
• Save the settings.
