Speech recognition

Planfix allows you to transcribe voice messages and call recordings using Planfix AI quickly. Additional speech recognition settings can be found under Account management — Planfix AI — Speech recognition. You can transcribe audio files:

• Manually:
  • Hover over the audio file,
  • Click the three-dot menu that appears,
  • Select Transcribe speech from the dropdown.

• Automatically:
  • Voice messages
  • Call recordings
  • Call analysis
