Automatic rule creation for email parsing

You can use Planfix AI to automatically create a rule for parsing emails:

• Emails sent to virtual email addresses in Planfix are converted into tasks. Open such a task and select "Create processing rule":

• Planfix AI analyzes the email, breaks down all available information into info blocks, and creates a rule:

• Edit the rule so that it only contains the necessary elements:

• Note that the data from the info blocks can be used to automatically fill in task fields.
