Includes text

This type of conditions checks the presence of the text that you specify in the selected message object: the address of the sender, the recipient, the subject, or the body of the message. If the specified text is found, the actions listed in the rule will be performed.

Rules examples

• If Sender address includes text "example.com", then Select project from the list "Developing site example.com"
• If Message subject includes text "design", then Add assignee Joe Black
• If Message body includes text "mailing", then Do not create task
